Important: Our services are not a substitute for medical care from a licensed physician. We encourage all clients to consult with a healthcare provider for medical concerns beyond midwifery care.

Client Responsibilities

By engaging with Onyx Midwifery, you agree to:

• ✔ Provide accurate medical history and information.
• ✔ Follow care recommendations discussed with your midwife.
• ✔ Seek emergency medical care when advised or in urgent situations.

Failure to disclose medical conditions or follow care recommendations may impact the quality and safety of services provided.

Payments

•   • Fees for midwifery services are discussed prior to care and must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
•   • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your spot.

Refunds & Cancellations

•   • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to administrative fees.
•   • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours hours/days in advance.
•   • Missed appointments without prior notice may result in a fee.
